Framework agreement signed

BALLYMENA, UK, June 26, 2017 — CIGA Healthcare ("CIGA"), developer, manufacturer, and supplier of professional tests for retail stores, pharmacy networks, and healthcare customers, today announced the signing of a framework cooperation agreement with LLC "LABORATORY OF SYSTEMIC BLOOD RESEARCH "BIOPROMIN", a company specializing in non-invasive medical diagnostic systems.

Under the agreement signed on June 26, 2017, CIGA and «BIOPROMIN» agreed to establish a joint venture to develop, manufacture, and sell non-invasive screening diagnostic systems in the UK. The joint production arrangement serves the interests of both parties and is subject to a final agreement approved by each company's governing bodies, with standard provisions for termination.
